Common use of Permitted Investments Clause in Contracts

Permitted Investments. Funds in the Series 2015-1 Accounts will, at the direction of the Servicer, be invested by the Indenture Trustee in Permitted Investments selected by the Servicer. All Permitted Investments will be held by the Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Issuer for the benefit of the Secured Parties of Series 2015-1 Notes.
