Common use of Permitted Judicial Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Permitted Judicial Proceedings. The only permitted judicial proceedings relating to any Dispute are those set forth in, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction provisions of, Section 13.2(f) of the Reinsurance Agreement. Each Party finally and irrevocably waives any right to trial by jury of any matter or issue in such a permitted judicial proceeding.
