PERMITTED MORTGAGEE RIGHT TO APPROVE LEASE AMENDMENTS. Any amendments to this lease shall be subject to the written approval of the Permitted Mortgagee, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The passage of thirty (30) days after submittal to Permitted Mortgagee of such requested amendments without approval or disapproval by Permitted Mortgagee shall be deemed approval.
