Permitted Prepayment of Loan. Subject to the Borrower's satisfaction of the condition contained in Section 5.28(c) below, Borrower shall have the right to prepay all or part of the outstanding principal balance of the Loan at any time without prepayment charge of any kind, provided that Borrower has given the Bank not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of such prepayment. No such prepayment by Borrower shall extend, postpone or otherwise modify the due date of any subsequent monthly installment payment under the Note.
