Common use of Permitted Revolver Reallocation Clause in Contracts

Permitted Revolver Reallocation. Each Permitted Revolver Reallocation shall be limited to a reallocation of the Aggregate Available Revolving Commitment and the Mission Aggregate Available Revolving Commitment. In connection with each such Permitted Revolver Reallocation, at the request of the Administrative Agent or any Revolving Lender, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent replacement Revolving Loan Notes in an amount equal to each Lender's Revolving Commitment as adjusted in accordance with the terms of the Revolver Reallocation Letter.
