Permitted Transfer Not Release. No Transfer by any Person of its Ownership Interests in Borrower shall release Borrower or Guarantor from liability under this Article, this Agreement or any other Loan Document, unless Lender shall have approved the Transfer and shall have expressly released Borrower or Guarantor in connection with the Transfer.
