Permitted Transfers With Prior County Approval. Except as permitted under Section 5.03(d), the Borrower covenants and agrees that any Transfer shall be permitted only after (1) the County Board, or its designee, in the County Board’s sole discretion, has delivered to the Borrower its prior written approval of such Transfer, and (2) the transferee has assumed the Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement by signing this Agreement or such other reasonable documentation as the County Attorney may require.
