Permitted Uses and Construction of Improvements. Subject to the Permitted Encumbrances and the terms hereof, BNPLC may use and occupy the GL Property for any purpose permitted by Applicable Laws and may construct, maintain and use any Improvements on the Land which are permitted by Applicable Laws.
