Permitted Uses and Disclosures by Business Associate. A. Except as otherwise limited in this BAA, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI or Personal Information to perform functions, activities or services for, or on behalf of, Covered Entity as specified in the Service Agreement, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate the HIPAA Standards or any state law standards if done by Covered Entity. Such use or disclosure shall be limited to the minimum amount of PHI or Personal Information needed to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosure.

Permitted Uses and Disclosures by Business Associate. A. Except as otherwise limited in (a) Subject to this BAABAA and applicable law, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI or Personal Information to perform in connection with functions, activities or services for, or on behalf of, Covered Entity as specified in the Service Companies under the Agreement, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate the HIPAA Standards Rules or any state law standards the Companies’ own policies and procedures concerning compliance with the “minimum necessary” standard under 45 CFR § 164.502(b) if done performed by Covered Entity. Such use or disclosure shall be limited to the minimum amount of PHI or Personal Information needed to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosureCompanies.

Permitted Uses and Disclosures by Business Associate. A. a) Except as otherwise limited in this BAA, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI or Personal Information (i) to perform functions, activities or services for, or on behalf of, Covered Entity as specified in the Service Agreement, Contractual Agreement provided that such use or disclosure would does not violate the HIPAA Standards or any state law standards Privacy Rule if done by Covered Entity. Such use Entity or disclosure shall be limited to the minimum amount of PHI or Personal Information needed to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosure(ii) as required by law.

Such use or disclosure shall be limited to the minimum amount of PHI or Personal Information needed to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosure.

Such use or disclosure shall be limited to the minimum amount of PHI or Personal Information needed to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosureCustomer.

Except as otherwise limited in this BAA, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI or Personal Information to perform functions, activities activities, or services for, or on behalf of, Covered Entity the Plan as specified in the Service Other Agreement, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate the HIPAA Standards Privacy Rule or the minimum necessary policies or procedures of the Plan or Plan Sponsor, or any state other applicable law standards if done by Covered Entity. Such use or disclosure shall be limited to the minimum amount of PHI or Personal Information needed to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosurePlan.

Except as otherwise limited In accordance with the limitations in this BAA, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI or Personal Information as necessary to perform functions, activities or services for, or functions on behalf of, of and/or provide services to Covered Entity as specified in the Service Agreement, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate the HIPAA Standards or any state law standards if done by Covered Entity. Such use or disclosure shall be limited to the minimum amount of PHI extent such uses or Personal Information needed disclosures are permitted by the Privacy Rule, as it may be amended from time to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosuretime.

Such use or disclosure shall be limited to the minimum amount of PHI or Personal Information needed to accomplish the intended purpose of the use or disclosure.
