Use for Administration of Business Associate. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use Protected Health Information for the proper management and administration of Business Associate or to carry out the legal responsibilities of Business Associate.

As permitted by the HIPAA requirements, Business Associate may use PHI received by the Business Associate in its capacity as a Business Associate to the Covered Entity for 1) the proper management and administration of the Business Associate or to carry out the legal responsibilities of the Business Associate, or
