Common use of Perpetual Access for Books Clause in Contracts

Perpetual Access for Books. In the event of an Institution’s cancellation or non- renewal of an Institutional Participation Agreement JSTOR shall provide access to Books through either JSTOR (with possible limitations on access and functionality) or Portico (many of the Books which are available on the JSTOR Platform are also part of the Portico digital preservation service) as selected in JSTOR’s discretion.
