Common use of Perquisites and Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Perquisites and Business Expenses. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all customary and usual expenses incurred by him, which are properly accounted for, in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Corporation or the Bank in accordance with industry practice for its senior executive officers.
