Common use of Persistence of Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Persistence of Force Majeure. If an act or event of force majeure continues for fifteen (15) consecutive days or longer, Owner will have the right to immediately terminate the Agreement upon written notice to Construction Manager in accordance with Article 12 of this Exhibit A.
