TEACHER AND ASSOCIATION RIGHTS A. Pursuant to Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, the Board hereby agrees that every employee of the Board shall have the right freely to organize, join, and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining or negotiation and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection. As a duly elected body exercising governmental power under color of law of the State of Michigan, the Board undertakes and agrees that it will not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any teacher in the enjoyment or any rights conferred by Act 379 or other laws of Michigan or the Constitution of Michigan and the United States of America; that it will not discriminate against any teacher with respect to hours, wages, or any terms or conditions of employment by reason of his/her membership in the Association, his/her participation in collective professional negotiations with the Board, or his/her institution of any grievance, complaint, or proceeding under this Agreement or otherwise with respect to any terms or conditions of employment.
Grantee’s Notification of Change of Contact Person or Key Personnel The Grantee shall notify in writing their contract manager assigned within ten days of any change to the Grantee's Contact Person or Key Personnel.
Resolution of Jointly Owned Parsonage Local Church and any other church with which it jointly owns a parsonage property must resolve the ownership of the parsonage by one party conveying its interest to the other by agreement (on any terms to which those parties may agree) or by process set out in the Discipline, or otherwise sell the parsonage and divide the proceeds on a pro-rata basis.
Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the Funder has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).
Controlling Agreement To the extent the terms of this Agreement (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time) directly conflicts with a provision in the Merger Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF RESIDENCE The Couple agrees to the following: ☐ - ALLOWED to Move. Either Spouse may move their residence by providing at least days’ notice. ☐ - NOT ALLOWED to Move. Neither Spouse shall be allowed to move their residence more than miles away from another without the other Spouse’s consent.
