PERSONAL COMPELLING. 7 Five (5) of the maximum seven (7) days of personal necessity leave shall be granted with only 8 “personal” identified as the reason. Use of personal compelling leave does not require approval 9 by the BCOE. However, unit members are encouraged to provide as much advance notice of 10 their intended use of personal compelling leave as is practicable and possible. 11 13
PERSONAL COMPELLING. Five (5) of the maximum of seven (7) days personal necessity leave 11 may be granted with only “personal compelling” identified as the reason.
12 1. Unit members may use “personal compelling” leave for a maximum of two (2) days during 13 the Spring vacation period if the following criteria are met:
14 a. Unit member is identified in the Paraprofessional classification group of Appendix A.
15 b. Unit member is earning a maximum of one (1) vacation day per month.
16 c. The “personal compelling” leave day or days will assist the employee to receive a 17 regular monthly amount of salary.
