The Client gives the Company the permission to give the necessary information regarding his/her account to any person who is deemed to be seeking a reference or information in good faith. 4.1.9. The Company, along with its subsites or subdomains, is also given authorization to contact the Client at any given, but reasonable, time with the purpose of discussing the business or the account for whatever purpose it may serve.
