Common use of Personal Financial Counseling Clause in Contracts

Personal Financial Counseling. Post, Post LP and Services collectively shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable costs associated with retaining a personal financial counselor, up to an annual amount of $75,000, to provide such advice and services to and on behalf of Executive as customarily provided by personal financial counselors.
