Common use of Personal Financial Counseling Clause in Contracts

Personal Financial Counseling. Post, Holdings and Services collectively shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable costs associated with retaining a personal financial counselor, up to an annual amount of $50,000, to provide such advice and services, including tax advice and tax return preparation services, to and on behalf of Executive as customarily provided by personal financial counselors.
