If the Financial Institution, through Direct Services, makes the PFM Service available, You agree that the terms and conditions in this article 30, Personal Financial Management, govern Your use of the PFM Service and are binding upon You. If there is any conflict between these PFM Service terms and conditions and the terms and conditions in the rest of this Agreement, then these PFM Service terms and conditions will apply in respect of the PFM Service. In addition, if You subscribe for PFM Services, special terms and conditions will also apply, as more particularly set forth in the PFM Special Terms attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
