The Team Member acknowledges and agrees that: MAI collects, stores and uses in accordance with the MAI Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act, Personal Information when considering nominations and selections for the Team and while administering this Agreement; MAI may store Personal Information in relation to this Agreement and may retain some or all of this Personal Information beyond the Term in accordance with the MAI Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act for historical purposes, and MAI officers, employees, agents or contractors may access this Personal Information for permitted purposes; MAI may disclose Personal Information that it has collected regarding the Team Member to third parties for the purposes of:
