The cardholder authorizes Third Parties to disclose such information to Desjardins, even though said information may be in an inactive or closed file. The cardholder agrees that Desjardins may disclose to any personal information agent, financial institution and credit card issuer any information regarding the cardholder’s financial commitments to Desjardins arising from the use of the card. In the event our service provider is located outside of Canadaproviders, the service provider is bound byfranchisees and affiliates (collectively, “merchant third parties”), and the collection by merchant third parties, of cardholder information; c) the use of cardholder information by JYSK and merchant third parties to deliver advertising with respect to products and services offered by JYSK and merchant third parties that are of interest to or may be disclosed interest the cardholder.
