Personal Injuries, Property Damage and Motor Vehicle Accident. Owner agrees to hold harmless Contractor; subcontractors; suppliers; any employee or contractor to NCORR, Commerce or other State agency; or any third-party for claims of damages for arising from or related to personal injuries, property damage, damage to motor vehicles, wrongful death, and such other tort claim caused by Owner at the Project site during Construction (including inspections).
