Personal Injury Claimants. Certain Personal Injury Claimants are permitted under the Plan to elect to settle their Claims under the terms of this Agreement or to litigate their Claims under the terms of the Litigation Facility Agreement. The procedures for electing to settle or litigate are specified in the Claims Resolution Procedures.
