Personal Leave Day Program Clause Samples

The Personal Leave Day Program clause establishes an employee's entitlement to take designated days off from work for personal reasons. Typically, this clause outlines the number of personal leave days available per year, eligibility requirements, and the process for requesting and approving such leave. By clearly defining the terms and procedures for personal leave, the clause ensures employees can address personal matters without jeopardizing their employment, while also helping employers manage staffing and scheduling needs.
