Common use of Personal Liability of Public Officials Clause in Contracts

Personal Liability of Public Officials. In carrying out any of the provisions of this Agreement or in exercising any power or authority granted to them thereby, there shall be no personal liability of the City officers, agents, independent contractors, consultant, and employees, it being expressly understood and agreed that in such matters they act as agents and representatives of the City.
