PERSONAL NECESSITY CONFIDENTIAL LEAVE. 9.8.1 Unit Members may use up to two (2) working days of Personal Necessity Leave annually in a confidential manner, i.e., the reason for requesting Personal Necessity Leave will be stated as “confidential.” Requests for Personal Necessity Confidential Leave shall not be less than one-half hour (30 minutes) increments.
