Personal Property Leases. Schedule 4.12 con­tains a brief description of each lease or other agreement or right, whether written or oral (including in each case the annual rental, the expiration date thereof and a brief descrip­tion of the property covered), under which the Company is lessee of, or holds or operates, any machinery, equipment, vehicle or other tangible personal property owned by a third Person.
