Common use of Personal Protective Equipment Clause in Contracts

Personal Protective Equipment. The Employer shall provide all Employees with the necessary personal protective equipment to ensure their health and safety at the worksite. The above items shall be maintained and replaced at the Employer’s expense. An Employee who is provided with approved and/or certified personal protective equipment shall use such equipment and take reasonable steps to prevent damage to the personal protective equipment.
