Common use of Personal Recycling Tote-Bag Distribution Clause in Contracts

Personal Recycling Tote-Bag Distribution. Upon receipt of a request for 633 Recycling Tote-Bags from a Multi-Family Dwelling Customer or Occupant, 634 Agency, or SBWMA, Contractor shall: (i) deliver the Recycling Tote-Bags within 635 five (5) Business Days to the property Owner, property manager, or Occupant 636 who requested the Recycling Tote-Bags; (ii) prior to complying with (i), contact 637 the property Owner or property manager directly by phone or in person to 638 determine if additional Recycling Tote-Bags are needed and/or if they are 639 interested in a site assessment of the property; (iii) upon request for a site 640 assessment, ensure that a site assessment is done per the requirements set 641 forth in Section 7.05. Contractor shall provide notification to Agency and 642 SBWMA of the Day which the Tote Bags were delivered and to whom they 643 were delivered with submittal of Contractor’s monthly reports per Section 9.05. 644 Contractor’s monthly reports shall also include an inventory of Recycling Tote- 645 Bags in stock.
