Common use of Personal Rights and Termination Clause in Contracts

Personal Rights and Termination. If Tenant fails to comply with the requirements set forth in this Section 5.4, without limitation of Landlord’s other remedies, Landlord shall have the right to terminate Tenant’s rights under this Section 5.4. The rights contained in this Section 5.4 shall be personal to Original Tenant and its Permitted Transferee Assignee, may only be exercised by Original Tenant or its Permitted Transferee Assignee (and not any other assignee, sublessee or other Transferee of original Tenant’s interest in this Lease).
