Common use of Personalized Security Measures Clause in Contracts

Personalized Security Measures. individual one-time password sent via SMS on behalf of the Company to the Client’s Representative or the Client’s Authorized Signatory in order to access Account (including Payment Account) and/or to authorise Payment Orders, and/or confirm changes in the System, or otherwise control the Account on the Client’s behalf. The Company may at its sole discretion decide on the type of Personalized Security Measures to be issued and may change it at any time necessary.
