Common use of Personalty and Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Personalty and Fixtures. Borrower will deliver to Lender, on demand, any contracts, bills of sale, statements, receipted vouchers or agreements under which Borrower claims title to any materials, fixtures or articles incorporated in the Improvements or subject to the lien or security interests of the Deed of Trust.

Borrower will deliver to Lender, on promptly upon demand, any contracts, bills of sale, statements, receipted vouchers or agreements under which Borrower claims title to any materials, fixtures or articles incorporated in the Improvements Home or subject to the lien or security interests of the Deed of TrustTrust or to the security interest of the Security Agreement.

Borrower will deliver to Lender, on demand, copies of any contracts, bills of sale, statements, receipted vouchers or agreements in Borrower's possession under which Borrower claims title to any materials, fixtures or articles incorporated in the Improvements or subject to the lien or security interests of any of the Deed of TrustSecurity Instruments.

Borrower will deliver to Lender, on demand, any contracts, bills of sale, statements, receipted vouchers or agreements under which Borrower claims title to any materials, fixtures or articles incorporated in the Improvements or subject to the lien or security interests of the Deed of TrustMortgage.
