Common use of PERSONALTY, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

PERSONALTY, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT. (A) All building fixtures, building machinery, and building equipment used in connection with the operation of the Leased Premises including, but not limited to, heating, electrical wiring, lighting, ventilating, plumbing, air conditioning systems, and the equipment owned by Lessor and leased to Lessee hereunder as specifically set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference shall be the property of Lessor. All trade fixtures and all other fixtures and articles of personal property owned by Lessee shall remain the property of Lessee.
