PERSONALTY, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT. A. All permanent building fixtures in or on the Leased Premises paid for by Lessor including, but not limited to, heating system, electrical wiring, lighting system, ventilating system, plumbing system, and air conditioning system, shall be the property of Lessor. All other movable fixtures, trade fixtures, equipment and all other articles of personal property owned by Lessee shall remain the property of Lessee.
