Personnel Employed Clause Samples

The 'Personnel Employed' clause defines the requirements and expectations regarding the individuals that a party assigns to perform work under the agreement. Typically, it specifies that the personnel must possess appropriate qualifications, experience, or certifications, and may require prior approval or notification before assigning or replacing key staff. This clause ensures that the quality and continuity of work are maintained by mandating that only suitable and competent personnel are engaged, thereby reducing the risk of project delays or substandard performance.
