PERSONNEL OF THE DATA PROCESSOR. 3.1 The Data Processor ensures that the persons authorized to process the personal data operate under confidentiality obligations or are subject to the appropriate regulatory obligations of confidentiality. 3.2 In any event, the Data Controller shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that Personal Data are not made accessible to an indeterminate number of individuals without the interference of the Natural Person; and that, in addition, access to Personal Data is strictly limited to persons that need to know and / or access Personal Data due to such persons’ role, as defined in the Main Agreement between the Parties. 3.3 The above obligations extend to both the permanent personnel of the Data Processor and to any seasonal and / or part-time personnel and / or the agents of the Data Processor, and generally to any third party used by the Data Processor for the fulfillment of her obligations under the Main Agreement and this Agreement.
