Common use of Persons Benefitting Clause in Contracts

Persons Benefitting. This Warrant Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and the Warrant Agent, and their respective successors, assigns, beneficiaries, executors and administrators, and the Holders of the Warrants. Nothing in this Warrant Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any person, other than the Company, the Warrant Agent and the Holders of the Warrants, any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Warrant Agreement or any part hereof.

Persons Benefitting. This Warrant Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and Company, the Warrant Agent, and their respective successors, assigns, beneficiaries, executors successors and administrators, assigns and the Holders of the Warrantsfrom time to time. Nothing in this Warrant Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any personPerson, other than the Company, the Warrant Agent and the Holders of the WarrantsHolders, any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Warrant Agreement or any part hereof. Each Holder, by acceptance of a Warrant Certificate, agrees to all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement applicable thereto.
