Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to in any way change, reduce, expand, or alter the eligibility requirements for services through the IHCP’s programs, as determined by federal law including the IHCIA, 25 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq. and/or 42 C.F.R. Part 136.
