Common use of Persons Entitled to be Present Clause in Contracts

Persons Entitled to be Present. The only Persons entitled to attend a meeting of Unitholders shall be those entitled to vote thereat, the Trustee, the Manager, any Investment Manager and the Auditors. Any other Person may be admitted only on the invitation of the chairman of the meeting or with the consent of the meeting.
