PERSONS INCAPABLE TO READ OR WRITE. 12.1. In the relation with BCR, the Client who cannot read and/or write will make any legal document: (a) in written form as an authenticated document, (b) by a Proxy with a specially authenticated power of attorney; or (c) by other legal way securing the validity of the Client’s consent regarding the respective document.
