Persons on Sabbatical. Leave shall not be eligible for tuition reimbursement provided for in this agreement during the time such person is on Sabbatical Leave.

Persons Bound This Subscription Agreement shall, except as otherwise provided herein, inure to the benefit of and be binding on the Company and its successors and assigns and on each Subscriber and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
HELP FOR PERSONS AFFECTED BY ALCOHOL AND/OR OTHER DRUGS The OH&S Committee and management will provide information and assistance to persons seeking help for alcohol/drug problems or related problems, confidentially and without prejudice. • Sick leave or leave without pay may be negotiated to enable participation in rehabilitation or counselling. • No-one will be disadvantaged in the workplace as a result of undertaking a rehabilitation program.
Provisions Applicable to Certain Agreements The provisions in this section are applicable only to the types of orders specified in the first sentence of each subsection. If this Agreement is not of the type described in the first sentence of a subsection, then that subsection does not apply to the Agreement.

PERSONS COVERED This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.
Covered Persons Training All Covered Persons shall receive at least three hours of training during the first Reporting Period. Training may be completed in-person or online. These training requirements may be satisfied only by the completion of training courses that are submitted to OIG, prior to registration for the training course, for review and approval. Certain Agreements Related to Deposits Subject to Section 2.2, the Assuming Institution agrees to honor the terms and conditions of any written escrow or mortgage servicing agreement or other similar agreement relating to a Deposit liability assumed by the Assuming Institution pursuant to this Agreement.
Access to Persons and Records The State Auditor shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions in accordance with General Statute 147-64.7. Additionally, as the State funding authority, the Department of Health and Human Services shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions.
