Persons to Whom Notices Must be Sent. Notices sent to the District must be addressed and delivered each of the Authorized District Representatives identified in Exhibit C hereto, and to the Architect. Notices sent to the Construction Manager must be addressed and delivered to any of the Authorized CM Representatives. A Party may change its address or other delivery information by giving notice in accordance with this Part 13.
