PERSONS WHO MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE. a) The Vehicle may be hired and driven during the Term of Hire only by the persons specified as authorised drivers in the Rental Agreement, and only if they hold a valid driver’s licence, which must be presented to JUCY at time of collection of the Vehicle (‘Authorised Driver’). Only persons 18 years and over may be an Authorised Driver in respect of a Vehicle.

If the Vehicle (‘Authorised Driver’)licence is not printed in English it must be accompanied by an accredited English translation.
