Persons Who Voluntarily. Reduce Under the Provisions of Section 6 of this Article—The names of persons who were voluntarily reduced under the provisions of Section 6 of this Article, shall be placed on a REINSTATEMENT LIST for the class from which reduced and for each class below the level of the class from which they voluntarily reduced, provided they request to be placed on such lists.
