PEST CONTROL/EXTERMINATING SERVICE. Residents may be charged a fee if infestation is deemed to be caused by the resident, resident’s household or guests. Your cooperation in not leaving any open food, dirty dishes or trash in your apartment to attract pests is expected. A copy of the bill will be provided to support the fee being charged.
