PESTICIDE RESIDUES. The seller warrants that the goods on delivery will comply with the provisions of the Food and Environment Protection Xxx 0000 and The Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding stuffs) Regulations 1994 or any other legislation applicable. The seller shall notify the buyer in writing whether or not any post harvest chemical treatment has been applied to the goods by or on behalf of the seller or a previous owner. The seller must supply written details of that treatment on a Post Harvest Pesticide
