Common use of PFPC System Clause in Contracts

PFPC System. PFPC Trust shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights developed by and utilized by PFPC Trust in connection with the services provided by PFPC Trust to the Fund. PFPC Trust shall have no right, title or interest in any of the foregoing (including, without limitation, any databases) or in any information developed, owned or used by the Fund or its affiliates or furnished to PFPC Trust by the Fund or its affiliates and all such rights, property and information shall remain vested in the Fund and its affiliates. No rights or licenses to any of the foregoing rights, property or information are implied or granted under this Agreement.

No rights or licenses to any of the foregoing rights, property or information are implied or granted under this Agreement.

No rights or licenses to any of the foregoing rights, property or information are implied or granted under this Agreement.
