Phantom Awards. The provisions of this Schedule shall apply equally to any PSP and CSP Awards that have been granted on ‘phantom’ terms which requires them to be settled in cash that tracks the value of a Worldpay Share, subject to any necessary changes that may be agreed between Worldpay and Vantiv.
