Common use of Pharmaco-Vigilance Agreement Clause in Contracts

Pharmaco-Vigilance Agreement. In conjunction with this Agreement, the Parties shall enter into a pharmaco-vigilance agreement on reasonable and customary terms, including: (i) providing detailed procedures regarding the maintenance of core safety information and the exchange of safety data relating to the Products; and (ii) ensuring compliance with the reporting requirements of all applicable Regulatory Authorities on a worldwide basis.
