Common use of Pharmacy Licenses Clause in Contracts

Pharmacy Licenses. PHARMACY’s pharmacies under the scope of this Agreement shall be duly licensed under the laws of the state of the pharmacies’ geographic locations (and any applicable federal laws) and shall abide by applicable pharmacy laws, rules, regulations, and directives promulgated by such state’s Board of Pharmacy, as from time to time may be amended. In the event that the licensure of Pharmacy is suspended or revoked, PHARMACY shall notify SOUTHERN SCRIPTS thereof in writing as soon as PHARMACY learns of such event.
