Phase 2 Scope Clause Samples

The "Phase 2 Scope" clause defines the specific tasks, deliverables, and objectives that are to be completed during the second phase of a project or agreement. It typically outlines the boundaries of work, such as which services will be provided, the timeline for completion, and any milestones or performance criteria that must be met. For example, it may specify that Phase 2 includes detailed design work, prototype development, or implementation activities. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what is expected during this phase, helping to prevent misunderstandings and scope creep.
